Fabulous Coco Chanel Inspired Design

Dallas Fort Worth wedding planner DFW Events
Inspired by Coco Chanel, the loveliness of this design from Dallas-based wedding planners, DFW Events, is oh-so-pretty! We can only imagine this styled shoot coming to life at a wedding designed to the hilt by this fabulous crew for the bride who is (to quote the late Coco Chanel) “two things: classy and fabulous.” Shades of blush, pearls, fluffy peonies, French calligraphy, fabulous fashion and more blend beautifully together. A Love Story – Brides of North Texas Gown Shoot – Part I

Brides of North Texas - Fall/Winter 2011 issue - gown shootBrides of North Texas- gown shoot - hakim sons films

We’re still swooning over the gorgeous gown spread from our Fall/Winter 2011 issue of Brides of North Texas magazine released in August shot by DFW wedding photographer, Tracy Autem Photography, and cinematic behind the scenes video coverage by DFW wedding videographer, Hakim Sons Films.  “A Love Story” - 20+ pages of dreamy, romantic gowns and handsome looks for him. From the story told through the pages of the mag, you might think these two were more than models – maybe an item themselves – as they were in the moment during the entire shoot and pulled off their looks so effortlessly. We’ve officially fallen in love with every gorgeous detail!  Here's a few of our favorite details from each look of the shoot - like this vintage cameo necklace and gold diamond earrings from Kubes Jewelers worn with this fabulous Wtoo Olivia ball gown. Wtoo line available locally at Bliss Bridal Salon, Bridal Boutique, Stardust Celebrations and The Bridal Salon at Stanley Korshak. For him, it was all about plaids and stripes like this Hickey Freeman coat and striped Robert Talbott tie, available locally at Culwell and Son. To die for, this breathtaking sheer lace Claire Pettibone Chantilly mermaid gown, available locally at Stardust Celebrations, is stunning. These diamond infinity earrings from Pieter Andries and bouquet of delicate florals in soft shades from Fete des Fleurs are the perfect accessories. Stay tuned for more from this fabulous shoot! Cheers!
