Rustic Love

Image

There is something about a rustic wedding that we can’t seem to get enough of. Maybe it’s the soft color palette or the fact that no matter how laid back the style is, it always looks so charming. These bridesmaid dresses from Coren Moore available at Bella Bridesmaid in Dallas are the perfect pops of color in this relatively neutral palette and would look simply beautiful on any silhouette. Pair these feminine gowns with dainty chandelier earrings from Kendra Scott and fabulous clutch from Cahoots Handbags and you will have a stunning rustic chic ensemble. Find Kendra Scott locally at Patsy's Bridal Boutique, Bella Bridesmaid and De Ma Fille in Fort Worth. With a chic white cake as gorgeous as this from Sugar Bee Sweets, you will be sure to wow your guests with a cake that tastes as good as it looks! A perfect rustic wedding also needs a perfect rustic bouquet like this from Haute Events and Floral Design. Your guests will quickly find their table with these adorable table numbers from Jenn Sprinkle Paper which coordinates seamlessly with the reception décor, table cards and table setting by Significant Events of Texas. And last, but certainly not least, leave your soiree in style in this vintage Rolls Royce provided by Blue Diamond Limousines. Enjoy!

Loveliness from Lagniappe Weddings

Our team was so excited to debut a new editorial series “All in the Details” in the most recent Fall/Winter 2011 issue of Brides of North Texas magazine. This piece was focused on colorful hues and styled vignettes showcasing wedding décor and fashion.  It was a collaboration amongst all sorts of talented local wedding vendors and spearheaded by several uber-creative DFW wedding planners/designers. This editorial series goes beyond our tabletop features and offers Texas brides a taste of wedding décor styled in a beautiful color palette – each chosen by the designers featured.

This bit of loveliness from Lagniappe Weddings was gorgeous on the rooftop of Reata Restaurant in Fort Worth at sunset in bold shades or red, orange and gold.  We love their choice of this vibrant red bridesmaid dress from Bella Bridesmaid paired with an adorable and brightly colored golden clutch from Cahoots Handbags. The florals were exquisite from Antebellum Floral Design and all of the paper elements were custom designed by Art by Ellie. Sarah and Trudy of Lagniappe Weddings also collaborated with Sugar Bee Sweets on this stunning cake confection, along with cute little Oreo flavored cake pops! We love the refreshing cocktails and cute outdoor beverage station and all of the flatware, stemware and colorful china from Jackson’s Home & Garden and BBJ Linen. And, what’s not to love about this fabulous chair treatment! Very special thanks to DFW wedding photographers, Edmonson Weddings, for capturing every gorgeous detail! For even more inspired design from this shoot, check out pages 135-137 of the current issue of Brides of North Texas magazine. Cheers!
