Something Blue for the Bridesmaids

We love the idea of keeping things simple and subtle with neutral tones! Greys, taupes, browns and champagnes are a beautiful color combo, alongside a stunning bride in white or ivory! Dress your maids in these neutral tones with any of these gorgeous bridesmaid dresses. We adore this Bill Levkoff number with sparkle bodice available locally at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville, Texas. This taupe dress from Jim Hjelm Occasions bridesmaid collection with plunging neck is lovely, available locally at De Ma Fille in Fort Worth, Texas, or Stardust Celebrations in Plano, Texas. Or, opt for either one of these elegant Monique Lhuillier bridesmaid gowns, like this long, grey halter or this champagne strapless dress with cinched bow at waist, line carried locally at Bella Bridesmaid in Dallas or Stardust Celebrations. Don't forget to dress your maids with some fabulous accessories! We love these Jimmy Choo peep toe heels with metallic stone embellishment. Have them carry this exquisite Mary Frances clutch and let them wear beautiful accessories, like this Bauble Bar fringe cuff of Kate Spade pearl street necklace in neutral tones. Enjoy!

Texas wedding planners Wendy Kidd and Candace Williams of Each and Every Detail went above and beyond on this amazing wedding tabletop design captured by Jessica D'Onofrio Photography for the Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Brides of North Texas, and we couldn't wait to share! Photographed at the Grand Hotel McKinney, this purple palette is so dreamy and romantic and we adore the mix of low and high lush floral arrangements designed by We + You, coupled with the mirrored wall treatment as a reflective backdrop, tons of soft candlelight and dramatic uplighting by Beyond. So gorgeous! This elegant die cut invitation design and place cards to match are beautifully designed by DFW custom wedding invitation designer, IMAJ Design. We also love these personalized wine labels from IMAJ Design, and darling mini cake from Sugar Bee Sweets made entirely of white chocolate cake balls – yum! The tabletop is dressed in lovely linens and sheer platinum chair covers, all available locally through DFW wedding rental company, BBJ Linen, with pretty china at each place setting from Posh Couture Rentals. Dress your beau in a classic tuxedo like this one from Culwell and Son and pin him with a single, lilac orchid bout! And, you'll of course look dazzling with this diamond solitaire from Kubes Jewelers in Fort Worth. Plum lovely if we must say so ourselves! Cheers!

With a good ol' Irish celebration this weekend, we couldn't help but share these pretty green designs in honor of St. Patrick's Day! Thinking about going green for your soiree? Check out these fab frocks and florals from North Texas wedding florists and bridal boutiques!
