Hickory Street Annex features an expansive 6,500 square foot event space with downtown views that is ideal for parties, business gatherings, and photography sets. The venue has been described as a large blank canvas where any event’s theme could come to life. The space boasts a full catering kitchen, ladies lounge/bride’s room, conference room/groom’s room, restrooms, lobby for coat check, three flat-screen televisions, sound system, and wireless Internet. Business and social gatherings—like a recent Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory-themed Christmas party held by a local law firm, and a video shoot for Mary Kay Cosmetics—are great examples of what can be hosted within the expansive confines.
