The idea for my little company began many years ago at an informal dinner party I was hosting for a few close friends. I had planned and prepared dinner and, as was customary, an array of desserts.It was during dessert and coffee that my friends began to suggest making a business out of my knack for cooking. The idea for a catering company for busy people on a budget was born.I decided to focus my attention on desserts which had always played a crucial part in all of my gatherings. My friends loved to taste all the varieties of cookies, cakes, and tarts that I had labored over. I loved the preparation, the pouring through stacks of cookbooks, the searching for the freshest ingredients, and finally combining them all for the precise combination of flavor and design.
