Classic Love-Filled Engagement Shoot Captured by Stephanie Brazzle Photography

Monday, October 23rd, 2017

This deeply devoted and classic couple has our eyes locked on their sweet, sweet engagement shoot. You can undoubtably see the love that Sutton and Jared share, and with their stylish clothes and the beautiful photography by Stephanie Brazzle Photography, this is one engagement shoot you have to scroll through!

Photos by Stephanie Brazzle Photography

Sutton and Jared were only strangers living two houses down from each other in college, until Sutton’s roommate decided they would bake rice krispie treats for all of their neighbors. She decided to help deliver them, unaware of just who should meet through this kind deed!

Jared proposed at a park near Sutton’s parents’ home in Lucas, Texas, followed by dinner and drinks with the couple’s friends and family. The wedding is set for a magical evening on December 31st, coordinated by the talented team with Lindsey Zamora Events. The special day will be New Year’s Eve themed, adorned with shades of white, grey, and copper and complete with a balloon drop at midnight to celebrate the new year as newlyweds. Cheers to the happy couple!

A Look Inside the Big Fake Wedding Dallas Fall 2017

Thursday, October 19th, 2017

The Big Fake Wedding Dallas has come and gone and we are still gushing over all the fun that was had! This bridal show is a super fun event and gives the bride a chance to see wedding professionals in action! Instead of the traditional booth style show, a full-scale wedding ceremony and reception are brought to life for a real couple, but “wedding guests” are couples who have the chance to see a behind-the-scenes look at the preparation that goes into executing an amazing wedding. As a great way to kickstart fall, this year’s theme was a farm-to-table inspired event at The Laurel. This inspiration was all about celebrating the beauty of delicious food, graceful florals and gathering the people you love around the table. With a color scheme of muted greens, blues and natural browns this was definitely a theme we could see our Texas brides loving. Visit The Big Fake Wedding online for more info on when they are coming to Dallas again. Cheers!

Four Must-See Bridal Fashion Trends

Tuesday, July 11th, 2017

Today it’s all about bridal fashion! We rounded up four of our favorite current bridal fashion trends we think you’ll love. Remember, you can always check out our events page to find out about DFW bridal boutiques and any sales, trunk shows and events they are having! Cheers!

Sleek Silhouettes

We love the look of a sleek silhouette. With minimalist brides on the rise, its only appropriate that a sparser yet elegant look would start to trend in 2017. Plus, clean and simple gowns can be the perfect canvas for a bold headpiece or accessory.

Open Backs

An open back adds the perfect “wow” factor to any bride’s gown! It can be such an unexpected element and gives the bride an opportunity to show off a little more skin in a stunning way!

Dramatic Ball Gowns

Every bride deserves to feel like a princess on her special day, which is why we’ll always be obsessed with dramatic ball gowns. Ball gowns have been a classic wedding day style for many years, they are much like a fine wine; they only get better with time! Sweetheart necklines, elaborate beading and full tulle skirts are some of our favorite details that makes theses dresses really dazzle!

Lace Detailing

Nothing says romance quite like lace. It truly is incredible to see how every little stitch is so purposefully woven to create such an intricate and dreamy look. We love to see how brides customize their lace gowns to match their personal wedding day style. From boho to traditional, lace can be tailored to so many different styles.
