Vintage decor and cloudy skies take center stage in this moody romance wedding inspiration held at Margot Hill Weddings & Events! From its eye-catching tablescape to yummy geode-inspired edible details, this styled shoot combines all the best elements of true romantic style pairing them perfectly with vintage pieces that make the whole affair feel like slipping on your favorite sweater. Glass apothecary bottles in shades of blue, vintage gilded candlestick holders, and minimalist gold floral stands to elevate this romantic, greenery-filled installation from Kate McLeod Studio all work together to make this tablescape come to life (not to mention, steal our hearts). This bride, styled by the artists at Tease to Please Hair and Makeup, rocked waves and an added braid for a fun touch, plus subtle glowy makeup to allow her bridal beauty to shine from within! Her auburn hair is complemented perfectly by the bold blooms that make up her stunning bouquet. Garden roses, thistle, and dahlias make up this oh-so-sweet seasonal bouquet just perfect for late summer brides and transitional weddings and this one from Kate McLeod Studio feels wild and overgrown in all the best ways. From Abby at Margot Hill Weddings & Events: “This was our very first shoot at Margot Hill! It was storming all afternoon which was perfect for our moody, romantic tone. The models are actually my stepbrother and SIL who got married this past October. We purchased the venue the week before the Shelter in Place ruling so this shoot was postponed for two months, but it was worth the wait to finally see my vision come to life. Glad the rain let up at the end so we could snag a few great shots outside at the ceremony site!”
