We’re wrapping up our coverage from our Preppy Love wedding fashion shoot as seen in the Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Brides of North Texas magazine. This was our single, largest editorial ever – 51 pages to be exact – and we loved it so much, it was worthy of every page! It was such an amazing shoot and kudos to the entire team of DFW wedding pros who had a hand in making this styled love story come to life, especially the gals of Lagniappe Weddings who effortlessly orchestrated every last styled detail. We had a blast shooting at White Oaks Ranch over several days and this final Part VI – our take on a romantic Day After shoot with our preppy models – was purely amazing! DFW wedding photographer, Celina Gomez Photography knocked it out of the park and our team had so much fun working with “Sweetie” – the beautiful horse seen here – and her awesome trainer who was behind the scenes the entire time gleefully running back and forth whistling and skipping in an attempt to keep Sweetie’s attention! We had a blast! Mitzi Merritt of Mitzi Merritt Hair and Make-up styled our models beautifully. Antebellum Design dressed Sweetie in this beautiful baby’s breath wrap and our models took the reigns, guiding Sweetie all over the ranch grounds, as Celina snapped away! This Theia strapless ball gown with soft printed brocade overlay, available at Patsy’s Bridal Boutique, was exquisite and her beau was so handsome in this denim chambray shirt, khakis and red patterned bow tie from Culwell and Son. One preppy happily ever after, this dreamy day after shoot was a phenomenal way to wrap an amazing shoot. Be sure to check out the behind the scenes footage of this shoot captured by DFW wedding cinematographers, Hakim Sons Films. Cheers!
