As we continue with our Vows that Wow coverage of weddings hand-picked by our team of editors to grace the pages of the next issue of Brides of North Texas magazine, we couldn’t wait to share the picture perfect engagement and give a little preview of the loveliness of this garden wedding at Nasher Sculpture Center in downtown Dallas – captured by Andrea Polito Photography. Steve proposed to Kristen while touring Italy’s Amalfi Coast over a romantic dinner in the storied village of Ravello perched 350 meters above seal level, as they both took in the breathtaking landscape and sparkling Mediterranean sea under a full moon. The couple’s romantic engagement was a precursor to a wedding filled with love, romance and beauty. Surrounded by awe-inspiring works of art and chic modern architecture lit perfectly by DFW lighting experts at Beyond, this wine-loving couple celebrated at the Nasher Sculpture Center with their friends and family over an amazing dinner prepared by Wolfgang Puck, perfect wine pairings and a delectable cake by Fancy Cakes by Lauren. The lush florals were designed by the fabulous team at Bella Flora of Dallas and the bride looked stunning in her custom wedding gown – a couture creation of friend and designer, Michael Faircloth. Look for this amazing wedding and more of its gorgeous details in the upcoming Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Brides of North Texas magazine to be released in February.
