Bells and Barbells Top 5 Wedding Dress Exercises

Squat + Hip Extension
Start in standing position with feet shoulder width apart. Push your butt out sinking into a squat position. Once you return to the top of the squat kick each leg back to perform hip extension.

Reverse Lunge + Skip
Start in standing position stepping backwards into a lunge. As you return back to the top pull the same knee up into a skip.

Plank + Leg Raise
Start in plank position. Kick each leg up.

Push-Up + Shoulder Tap
Perform a push-up (chest should touch the ground). Once at the top of your push-up tap each hand to your opposite shoulder.

Twisted Mountain + Plank Jack
Start in plank position, keeping your core engaged pull each knee to your opposite elbow. Return to plank position and jump feet out and back in.
