"Launched in 2007 by Jordan Swim, Vestals’ humble origins as a backyard supper club still play a significant role in how we operate. We continue to be devoted to the beauty of the bountiful table. We believe that the table is an opportunity to slow down, connect with others, and share delicious food. Vestals Catering is committed to using the best products available, thus we buy seasonally, support locally, and stand behind what we put on the table. We thank everyone that has been with us throughout our journey, and we welcome the friends we’ve yet to make. It is an honor to serve you all and to be able to do what we love every day."
