Wedding planner extraordinaire Jen Rios put her heart and soul into understanding the couple’s vision, building upon it, and making it better than they could have ever imagined. Katelynn and Justin met each other while making a difference in their community. As part of her college course work Katelynn volunteered at Impossible Possibilities – an education nonprofit that Justin co-founded. The pair spent the semester getting to know each other while helping expand an elementary school reading program for students in Fort Worth. Two years later the duo met again at the same spin class in Dallas. Justin asked Katelynn out for a drink and they soon started dating.

The couple was just a few days away from leaving for their anniversary trip when Justin’s brother asked them to be models in a photo shoot at the Dallas Arboretum. When they got to the frog fountains, Justin got down on one knee and asked Katelynn to marry him. She was so surprised that he asked before their trip and was happy that their special moment was caught on camera. Both of their families met at Justin’s brother’s house for an engagement party.
