There’s so much elegance and class in this opera house engagement shoot captured by The Lockharts! Kristin and Scott’s story began when they first met five years ago at a mutual friend’s gathering. Kristin was home for the holidays but would soon be returning to Louisiana for graduate school. Although Scott withheld the urge to ask for her number that night, he decided he would do so at a New Year’s Eve celebration Kristin was expected to attend with their mutual friends a few days later. When rainy, cold weather kept Kristin home on NYE, Scott made the hard decision to slide into her DMs. It was the perfect of beginning to their non-traditional love story! After two years of a long-distance phase due to Kristin’s graduate work, the pair finally reunited in the North Texas area where Scott eventually popped the question! For their November wedding, the couple is thinking clean and sophisticated with a palette of ivory, black and gold. Kristin will walk down the aisle in a gown from StarDust Celebrations, and we know she will look just as radiant as she does in this glamorous engagement shoot gallery!
