Social Media Strategist



Full-Time, Remote
Wedlink Media is looking for a social media strategist to manage and publish content for multiple Brides brand markets to various social channels with a heavy emphasis on Instagram. The position will work directly with the social team to develop social media strategies, write and concept compelling social posts, stories and campaigns, post to social media channels multiple times daily, maintain scheduling platforms, engage with social audiences to foster an online community, and track data as needed.

Ideal candidates for this position are hardworking, tech savvy individuals, who are intimately familiar with all visually-driven social media platforms, stay on top of the latest social trends and developments, have excellent creative writing and editing skills, with lots of experience creating dynamic reels. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in social media management of multiple accounts with demonstrated expertise in content creation. Must be comfortable speaking on camera.

Responsibilities
• Write and create innovative and engaging posts and reels for social channels

Wed Society® | North Texas Account Executive



Full-Time, Based in North Texas (work from home/remote)
Position responsible for driving sales for Wed Society® | North Texas. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Position will work collaboratively with the local wedding industry and our team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's advertising/marketing needs and offer customized solutions. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, goal oriented, self starter with strong communication skills and most importantly, a proven track record of success in sales.

To be considered for the position, applicants absolutely must possess true sales experience of at least 2 years with demonstrated success in the field. Candidate must live or be willing to relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth. Compensation structure based largely on commission.

Community Manager



Full-Time, Based in Oklahoma City or Remote
Wedlink Media is searching for an organized individual with exceptional communication skills to fill the role of Community Manager for two regional markets. This role serves as a main point of contact with clients and works closely with internal teams to ensure contractual agreements are met and client expectations are exceeded. The Community Manager’s list of key duties includes, but is not limited to: vendor onboarding, maintaining relationships, reviewing contracts and understanding promotion goals, updating company websites, collecting information for client promotion, monitoring contract fulfillment progress, and overseeing magazine distribution. Attention to detail is a must, along with excellent time management, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, highly-motivated, and possess a friendly and personable attitude with a passion for customer service.

Wedlink Media and it's companion creative agency arm, Brandlink Media, are currently looking to hire a part time online content coordinator/copywriter. This position will work with our team to execute on marketing strategies for a diverse group of clients. Position will routinely publish content to online and social channels that align with client marketing goals. Candidates must be strong creative writers and strategic thinkers.

The Office Manager’s list of key duties includes, but is not limited to: ordering and keeping account of office supplies, maintaining office softwares and equipment, coordinating the shipping and freighting of magazines, operating the phone, overseeing office maintenance such as repairs, lawn care and custodian schedules, managing warehouse units and utilizing Quickbooks. The Office Manager position will offer opportunities to assist and grow in other areas of the company including blog writing, social media management, event planning, and marketing strategy. Hybrid/Remote Internship
Wed Society is officially looking for social, blog & community manager interns to join our team during this coming fall semester! Applicants must be a college student majoring in PR, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Online Media, or a related field. We prefer seniors or juniors who are self-starters, full of creative ideas, love weddings and are organized. Our interns are responsible for client research, social media content creation, social channel platform management, writing online posts, vendor management and are involved in the distribution of the magazines. Those seeking to fill the internship must be a strong writer, intimately familiar with all social media platforms & able to quickly grasp different technology platforms. As part of the content creation team, this role will also be responsible for writing and updating articles on the website as needed. Ideal candidates for this position are hardworking, tech savvy individuals, who are intimately familiar with all visually-driven social media platforms, stay on top of the latest social trends and developments, have excellent creative writing and editing skills, detail oriented and love spreadsheets. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in social media management of multiple accounts with demonstrated expertise in content and strategy development. Must be comfortable speaking on camera. Experience with creating and editing video for IGTV, YouTube or TikTok is a plus!

Working alongside design team and creative director, Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original graphics for print, web and social mediums. Graphic Designer will also work directly with clients to concept and create graphics for print and online advertisements. Ideal candidate is obsessed with typography and has the ability to adapt and design in a variety of styles, has meticulous attention to detail, tech savvy, organized and is a creative problem solver. Must be passionate and take great pride in your work and be able to think creatively and produce beautiful graphics under pressure. Candidate must have demonstrated excellence in graphic design and a high degree of innovation through a professional portfolio.

Qualifications
• Must be Mac savvy

Brandlink Media Project Manager



Full-Time, Based in Oklahoma City
Brandlink Media is searching for an experienced, organized individual to fill the role of Project Manager. This individual is responsible for meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements, assigning tasks and responsibilities, serving as the main point of contact between the client and internal team members, monitoring project progress and staying within budget, sending progress updates to clients, and more. Attention to detail is a must, along with excellent time management, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has previous experience in client management, upselling existing clients and prospecting new sales, solid knowledge of marketing strategies, and experience with data analysis and project management tools.
