Significant Events of Texas:  Contemporary, Artful Romance

Lots of loveliness found on literally every square inch of this gorgeous tabletop design from DFW wedding planner, Meredith Commender of Significant Events of Texas, as seen on page 154-155 of the current Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Brides of North Texas magazine.  Meredith is full of so much creativity and we knew we could expect the unexpected!  This design is unlike anything we’ve ever seen before and the tabletop itself is a one-of-a-kind piece from Out of the Garden, which inspired everything.  This table is such a cool concept!  Coils of old bed springs can be seen through the glass tabletop and Meredith chose to contrast the vintage feel of the table with modern seating from DFW Lounge Rentals and contemporary florals in bright hues of plum, tangerine, yellow and white from DFW floral and design house, Out of the Garden!  We love the artful centerpiece overflowing with florals and the corners of the table each accented with cascading florals.  The tableware from Posh Couture Rentals is simple and chic with clear and platinum finishes, completed with a touch of personalization with a transparent design on the charges with lyrics from the couple’s favorite song.  Such a fun idea!  All of the stationery, menu cards and personalized elements were designed by Meredith through Significantly Said:  Invitations by Significant Events of Texas.  The courtyard of the Rosewood Crescent Hotel was the perfect backdrop for this fabulous design and BluDoor Studios did an amazing job capturing all of its beauty.  To go inside the inspiration and see this lovely tabletop come to life, be sure to check out the behind the scenes video footage captured by Beyond, and to see the full gallery of images captured by BluDoor Studios, click here!  For more information on wedding planning and design services available through Significant Events of Texas, check out their profile online now.  Enjoy!
