Kaitlyn is a true God send! My daughter and I came in looking for a Mother of the Bride dress last minute. I briefly described the look I wanted and my concerns. Without hesitation she pulled some great choices, some I would not have thought to try, and she was spot on! With kindness and grace she put me in the perfect dress for my daughters special day. Kaitlyn’s passion for what she does and her commitment to her clients made all the difference during what could have been a stressful time. Thank you so much Kaitlyn!

Please avoid this place at all cost!!!! We ordered dresses in February this year for a wedding August 5th. We was told 3 to 4 months for them to come back. Well now we are told the dresses will be in first week of July. With that being said we are left to pay expedited fees for alterations (1month before the wedding). Most disappointing is I (the Matron of Honor) has called several times and was told someone would call me back. Instead my bride calls and was told that I have no right to call and get info as I didn't order a dress from them. Well I did order my daughters dress and she would have known that if she had gotten her facts first. And my bride didn't order a dress from there either so what. And if I hadn't ordered a dress or not who is she to determine who is in charge of handling the bridesmaids, dresses, or anything else for that matter. Deeply disappointed that a manager or someone in charge didn't feel I was worthy of a phone call to try and rectify a problem. Or give me the info I was requesting, When was the order placed for the dresses and if the dresses hadn't arrived by what date would beside the bride step in to ensure my bride had bridesmaids dresses for her wedding?

answering the response: Like I stated in my texts to you its over an hour drive for me one way so that would be almost a 3 hour trip and the only solution you said you could offer if I came in was to refer me to seamstress which I would still have to pay for. I have a seamstress 5 mins away so to go 3 hours out of my way to be given a referral for something I can do 5 mins away is just not worth my time. Again I appreciate your customer service but your suggestion to go up one size for which I went up two was WAY off and unfortunately it is costing almost every one in the bridal party. This seems to be a common theme in your reviews, blaming the customer for wrong sizing. It might be best to take a second look at your sizing suggestions to avoid this in the future. I have worked with other salons who took our exact measurements over the phone so maybe that would help! I spoke to a sales associate about my bust and dress size in order to purchase the right size over the phone. Since I knew bridesmaids dress run differently I wanted to be extra safe and ordered two size larger than my normal dress size, as the associate suggested, so that I knew it would fit. I received the dress and it would not even zip. I had actually lost weight since I spoke to the sales associate so I thought that maybe I got a defective dress or they misunderstood me over the phone. After speaking to the manager she basically said I either lied about my dress size or got a defective dress the only solution being that I had to drive two hours for them to see that it really doesn't fit me even though I sent pictures to them over text where you can clearly see it will not zip. After that they would suggest a seamstress for which I would have to pay for myself. I do think they are easy to get ahold of which is nice but was a little offended at their suggestion that I lied about my dress size. I would seriously think twice before ordering over the phone. I would only purchase from here if you can try on the size before you order.

I purchased an $800 dress to wear at my daughter's wedding. During the reception, someone noticed the beadwork was defective. The tops of two silver beads fell off, revealing black tops. This was REALLY noticeable on my silver dress a d I felt quite embarrassed. When I asked them about it after the wedding they said I must have been too rough with it at the reception. I could not have been, as I neither danced nor drank. Theu did not offer to fix the two beads and now I have a dress I can't wear unless I get some silver pain or nail polish out to "fix" the beads. An $800 dress didn't make it through 12 hours. I encourage you to shop elsewhere.

I picked out about 10 dresses off of the website that I was interested in trying on as Mother of the Bride. I went specifically to the store for those dresses. They didn’t have ANY of them, which was very disappointed and a waste of my time. The place is like some bargain hunters basement… zero warmth, poor lighting, really not worth my time. Horrible. And for that I needed an appointment two days in advance???
