It’s by no random chance that you’re here. I am so grateful for the opportunity to get to know you, and be a part of something so monumental. I’m Mia, the owner and lead shooter of May & Sons Photo & Cinema. What started as an 8 year old blogging, videoing, and capturing the world around me, thinking that someday i’d be the newest Carrie Bradshaw of Texas, turned into years of dedication to creating art. This eventually led to a lightbulb moment — I can do this as a career? Somehow, 10 years in business later… Here I am. A mother, wife, and business owner. I am so proud of what I do. A thought that often crosses my mind — I sometimes capture the last time you’ll have all of your loved ones under one roof. I capture some of the last photos that will ever be taken of people. The honor of creating these forever memories is so overwhelming, that I can’t even begin to articulate what it means to me.
