First off, the front desk staff was amazing. They were super friendly and were able to answer all of our questions upon checking in. The lounge was closed, so we did not use that platinum perk. The only part of the hotel we used was the pool and that was also phenomenal. We stayed almost until midnight(closing time) and that is when some lady came and very rudely told us to get out. We were the only people there and fully intended on leaving at close. We didn’t make a big deal out of it. What sat wrong with us was the water in our room was a dark brown when we went to shower. We asked the desk staff and they said to run it until it was clean, so we did. Then the next day when we went to shower before checkout, the water was just completely turned off and we were not able to shower before leaving. Then when checking out, I looked at my bill and I was charged over $200 for valet for the one night of parking my car. I was in a hurry and almost didn’t catch it, but they were able to change it to the correct amount. However, I very rarely check my receipts too much at Marriott because I can usually trust that it’s correct. Overall, great hotel, but it be of my least favorite experiences at a Marriott in a very long time.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Summer and Michelle were so friendly at check in. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic, complete with a DJ! The drinks Mitch and Mois at the French Room bar created were works of art! Corey was our server at breakfast at City Hall and was a pleasure to start our day with. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. Definitely will return!

Our stay here was incredible. The hotel itself was amazing, luxurious, exactly what we wanted for our anniversary. Everyone on the staff from the valets to front desk to the bar and restaurants was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hallways were always quiet. Can't wait to stay here again.

Hardest review I've written, beautiful hotel, great staff, very good coffee shop and restaurant. Room was a nice size and very clean. Why only 3 stars? We booked a double king bed and when we got there we were told they oversold the double king rooms. They then promised us 2 rooms next door to each other to accommodate, only to say the two rooms were on the same floor but nowhere near each other. Not ideal for a family with children. We ended up keeping 1 room and getting a roll away bed.

The staff is amazing 👏 The hotel is beautiful; a seamless mix of old and new. Great location and within walking distance to just about anything you would need. The pool area is amazing! The rooms are very spacious. Only 3 stars because the bed was hard and the sheets were so rough, like, hospital sheets. The bed is the most important part of a hotel, it's always disappointing when it's uncomfortable. Housekeeping is lacking as well, and the walls are paper thin.
