The French Farmhouse Venue

Stop looking and book this venue!! From the moment my future husband and I drove up to The French Farmhouse, we knew we had arrived at a special place. The drive up to the venue is lined with a white picket fence and beautiful trees on each side. But the venue itself is what is most breathtaking. It’s dreamy, romantic, and beautifully decorated with curated pieces from around the world. Michelle and Kelsey greeted us with an abundance of kindness from the moment we first met them. Michelle took us around the venue, showing us every detail, including the new chapel that was in the works to be built. When we first saw the chapel, it was only a vision yet to be created—the foundation was up, but that was it. After spending such a wonderful time with Michelle and seeing the incredible venue, we decided to book that night. We couldn’t wait. We attended open houses and had the chance to visit the venue a couple other times during the planning process. I was making excuses to visit the venue, see the construction of the chapel, and dream about our upcoming wedding day. Kelsey and Michelle truly make you feel like friends and are always welcoming! I so appreciate that I didn’t have to pay extra for bridals or to visit the venue for planning (which I know other venues do). When we finally got to see the chapel fully built, I was blown away. You could put no additional decorations and it would still be stunning. I knew we had made the right choose. Even on our wedding day, the sun was shining perfectly through all of the windows on our ceremony. It could not have been more perfect. Our guests could not stop talking about how incredible the venue was. From the beautiful decor, to the light and airy setting with an abundance of windows, and even the bridal suite is just perfect. The French Farmhouse Venue is a dream!!! It truly has so many unique qualities that make it so very special! My husband and I were blessed to be married at this venue and we will always cherish this special venue!! I personally had watched the building process of the venue and knew it was going to be special!! Kelsey and the Scribner family are unbelievable and help make the venue so unique and special!!! I would get married at this venue everyday if I could!!!

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER. When I say I fell in love with this venue, I mean I fell in LOVE!!!! After looking at many venues, in the Greater Houston and DFW areas, I was in awe when I found The French Farmhouse Venue. It had everything a bride needed to have the most beautiful wedding. It checked off all my boxes - the location, the beauty of the reception hall and outside ceremony site, the amenities, and the reliable staff. The staff is fabulous and incredibly hard working. Kelsey (owner) and Team do an amazing job communicating and interacting with their brides/grooms via emails, social media, etc. Thank you French Farmhouse Venue for the most perfect day!

My husband and I got married at the French Farmhouse Venue on October 29, 2021. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this venue and the amazing family that owns it. My husband and I toured SEVERAL venues before getting the chance to tour the French Farmhouse. Once we stepped onto the property and met the Scribners, we knew we HAD to get married there. So, we booked our wedding date the same day we toured! Throughout the ten months of wedding planning, Kelsey was incredibly supportive and answered any and all of my questions. She was super communicative with my planner and every single vendor I had booked. She basically was an angel during such a stressful time! On the day of the wedding, everything went so well. Kelsey was essentially the biggest hype-woman the whole day and made me feel even more excited than I already was! I received multiple compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was, and how it was a perfect place for me and my husband to get married. We loved having a separate space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything flowed so naturally! We are so incredibly thankful for the Scribner family and the French Farmhouse Venue. Thank you so so much for being such a HUGE part in making our wedding so special. We love you guys and consider you friends for life!

I don’t even know where to begin when I write this review. I just got married at the french farmhouse last week and though wedding planning was insane,stressful, and overall very hard, one thing remained great . And that was my experience with the french farmhouse and it’s staff and owners! I toured in January and INSTANTLY fell in love. I thought there was no way it looked THAT perfect in real life but the pictures don’t do it justice. This place is like something from another country. The DETAILS are immaculate in every corner of the venue. Serious thought and decisions went into the decor and you can tell. It is so big,airy,and clean! The entire engagement process, the french farmhouse was there to answer my emails daily! I’m sure they got tired of my emails lol, but they remained so kind and informative always. They really focus on what the bride wants and that’s what really matters. They are VERY organized and I never had any issues with payment, planning, communication, etc! They’ve got something so special and so beautiful there! I feel honored to have been able to get married there. We toured SEVERAL venues but this was the one and if you go tour, I guarantee it will be the one for you too! Their social media helped me so much throughout my planning with lots of tips,tricks,and inspo! I can’t say enough great things about the venue or the staff. They are so helpful the day of the wedding and they really work hard at making it beautiful. I also love that they have an open vendor policy! That helped me so so so much! This is a family owned venue and it truly lives up to feeling everyone feel like a family there. I have ZERO complaints about anything from the french farmhouse or their staff. It is truly perfect and they deserve all the praise for the GORGEOUS venue and AMAZING staff! From the bottom of my heart, thank you french farmhouse!
