Cara and Cody’s blush ballroom wedding at The Joule was full of elegance and emotion. And since Stephanie Brazzle Photography caught all the sweetest moments on camera, we are officially left with teary-eyes too. Cara looked absolutely fabulous in her lace V-neck gown with a sheer veil train from Bridal Boutique with her hair and makeup done by The Styling Stewardess. Clearly, it was the perfect fit since her family, friends and hubby couldn’t help but gasp at her reveal! The ladies looked lavish in their blush dresses from Bella Bridesmaids, and the men added to the elegance with their black and white tuxedos. Once the couple said, “I do,” they hit the ballroom. The white dance floor was lit-up with a scripted “J,” which made the perfect place to dance the night away! In fact, the whole party was dancing due to The Royal Dukes’ dedication to decade flashbacks. Don’t worry – the fun didn’t stop there! Something Pretty Floral made a “Pretty Booth,” where guests could take their own pictures with blossoming blooms in the background. Talk about Pinterest-worthy! In addition to all the flair of this romantic affair, the couple made it a point to add some personal touches. Upon the groom’s request, the couple served chicken and waffles as a late-night-bite… it’s one of his faves! For some heartfelt photography and a quote from the bride, scroll below. Cheers to Mr. and Mrs. Cody Johnson!

From the bride on her dream wedding maker: “When I first spoke with our photographer, Stephanie Brazzle, on the phone, I got a sense of comfort, and that’s when I knew we had to use her. When Cody and I met her in person for our engagement shoot, we instantly connected. On the wedding day, Stephanie was so relaxed (even being seven months pregnant at the time!) and on top of things. We will always have a special place in our hearts for Stephanie! Her work is one of a kind.”
