Wedding planner Devan Moorehead of Weddings by Stardust describes her inspiration for this modern Mexicana shoot as “festive, Spanish and brightly colored patterns.” She wanted a look of Spanish tile, but also an emphasis on bright pinks and oranges. So when she and the team at Dr. Delphinium put their creative minds together, they knew right away that a floral runner with vibrant blooms would be the perfect statement piece to sit atop the mirrored table from Suite 206. Large succulents adorned each place setting provided by Posh Couture Rentals. To add some fiesta to the mix, Devan used miniature tequila bottles as favors, along with colorful and tasty Mexican desserts. The three-tiered cake by Sugar Bee Sweets, was equally festive, with Spanish tile designs and coordinating blooms around each tier. The stationery by Stardust played perfectly with the Spanish elements and even offered a hint of Moroccan inspiration in the patterns.
