Meet The Chef – Chris Short
Chef Chris Short has been cooking in the Dallas area for 35 years and is a true believer in Southern hospitality. He has held executive chef positions at Willow Bend Polo Club, The Crescent Court Hotel, The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Bella Restaurant and Stephen Pyles.

Q. What advice do you have for brides who are trying to decide between a sit-down vs. buffet style meal?
A. “Buffet allows for a wider selection for your guests, however, seated dinners allow for your guests to enjoy the full service experience.”
