Travel Through the Journey of Love with Heather Lane Events

Oh darlings, let’s be adventurous, shall we?! Today, we’re taking a closer look at this gorgeously composed Journey of Love inspiration shoot from Heather Lane Events, shot by Rachel Elaine Photography. Top Tier Event Rentals + Staffing decked out The Joule Hotel with a stunning tabletop display surrounded by ghost chairs provided by Belle Decor. The artfully crafted presentation in punchy hues of sky blue and yellow features the most adorable travel inspired details. Menu and tags were made to look like vintage airline tickets thanks to Illustrated Weddings by Lola Lorena, and Bethany’s Letter Shop provided personalized calligraphy on the artful globes – the perfect nod to a couple in wanderlust! HoneyLove Cakery created a decadent five-tiered cake artfully textured in the vibrant hues of the scene. Bright blooms from Poppies and Peonies Design and linens courtesy of AM Linen Rental finished off the look.

Can we talk about this gown?! Our model bride is a knockout in a Cinderella-style ball gown from De Ma Fille with flawless hair and makeup by The Styling Stewardess. The Welcome Box put together the cutest favor box filled with delectable goodies! We especially loved the live painting provided by Julia McNally Fine Art & Live Event Painting. What a special and creative way to commemorate the biggest day of your life!

Read on for a word from the planner herself, and catch a behind-the-scenes look from the talented team at Co. N Films. From the planner, Heather CoDay of Heather Lane Events: “Every couple I come across is embarking on the biggest journey they will ever take – marriage. When I considered world travel as my inspiration, I wanted to take the viewer back to their most memorable journey. Whether that was a destination or a time in their life that they will never forget, I wanted to bring the best of both worlds together.”
