Tiff’s Treats Secret Admirer
Meredith and I met as freshmen at Baylor in the Waco Emergency Room, after our friend took a tumble during a sorority formal. I always liked her and we even went on a few dates in college but it didn’t work out. Fast forward to six years later, I get the bright idea to send her anonymous Tiff’s Treats cookies from a secret admirer. The Tiff’s Treats man then tells her at the door she has a delivery from me. It all worked out in the end. So when it came to the proposal, I sent my sister and her sister to Meredith’s house with Tiff’s Treats cookies and a note that said, “Roses are red, Violets are Blue. On this day, I choose you.” I rented the Dr. Pepper house in Waco and had both of our families come in and stay. Hopefully our pictures are worth a thousand words, as she said yes! Tiff’s Treats has even gotten involved and the owners met with us and gifted us a cookie truck to share with our guests at the wedding!
