Romantic Spanish Garden Wedding From Grit + Gold

With the recent launch of our Fall/Winter 2016 issue, we’re so excited to finally be able to share our featured weddings with our readers on the blog! Sarah and Chris’ romantic garden wedding was held at A Woman’s Garden at the stunning Dallas Arboretum. The team at Grit + Gold created the ultimate airy Spanish-inspired, al fresco evening with the help of the vibrant greenery and traditional colonial architecture in the garden arches and breezeways. A long, gorgeously crafted wooden table from The Olive Bench centered the event with its homey, family-style feel. The dark wooden chiavari chairs, simple white linens and vibrant vintage place settings from Posh Couture Rentals paired perfectly with the vibrant floral décor. Guests were treated to a festive and thematic appropriate tapas meal of paella, chicken and garden fresh roasted vegetables, all served family-style and catered by Kent Rathburn Catering. Of course, we couldn’t speak to the beauty of the event without mentioning the bride’s delicate full-lace cap-sleeve gown, accompanied by glowing makeup, soft waves and a gorgeous flower crown to match the cheery bouquets of peach, pinks and bright orange-hued florals. A romantic evening of Spanish flair in one of Dallas’ most lovely outdoor settings – we couldn’t think of a more unforgettable affair.
