This Boho Wedding Feels As Though You’re Seeing It Through Dusty Rose Colored Glasses
by Brides of North Texas June 15
With the help of MK Event Boutique, Sydney and Mitchell were able to create a boho wedding that felt as if you were looking through dusty rose colored glasses. Rose and peach colors were woven into every detail of the day, making this modern barn wedding unique to the couple. Beautiful floral-printed invitations by Hazelwood Paper Co. gave guests a glimpse of what was in store for the evening, and the peach and dusty rose flower illustrations were duplicated onto the wedding cake designed Butterfly Cakery for a cohesive look. The bride’s glam look by Brite Beauty and the ceremony’s rustic archway and floral arrangements ensured the warm tones were carried throughout every moment. The reception was filled with custom cocktails by Food Glorious Food, effortlessly stylish velvet-lined tablescapes and pampas grass galore. This couple never missed a detail of boho decor. Get ready to pin your favorite images as you scroll through their wedding gallery, and read the story of how they met at the bottom. Cheers to the newlyweds!

Sydney and Mitchell say it was love at first swipe after being matched on Tinder years ago. After two and a half months of texting, phone calls and face timing, the couple finally went on their first date. Its was only 24 hours later when Mitchell asked Sydney to be his girlfriend and they both knew that they would be together forever. From that moment, they have been anxiously awaiting their wedding day. Despite many hurdles that came with planning a wedding in 2020, Sydney was able to walk down the aisle to her love in September. Looking through this gallery is a glimpse of life through dusty rose colored glasses – magical.
From the bride: “When you’re planning a wedding, you imagine all of the small details and what everything will look like, but you can’t imagine what it will actually feel like. The moment you’ve dreamt of is now happening, and part of you wants to just be married and part of you wants to stop time because it’s just so magical. That whole moment was definitely my favorite memory.”
