Daniel received the best gift when he met Brett at a brewery on his birthday. A mutual friend introduced them and they quickly realized they had a shared love for movies, sports and dogs. After texting back and forth for a while Daniel asked Brett out on a date to a local pub. They soon became inseparable and spent the next year and a half attending TCU football games and trying out new restaurants around town.
It was a beautiful sunny day on the Hawaii island of Kauai when Daniel decided to pop the question. They were walking around on a tour of one of the gardens that was overlooking a gorgeous view of the ocean. Daniel started reminiscing about the first day they met and began stumbling his words before he asked Brett to marry him. A surprise photographer was hiding in the bushes and captured the special moment.
