PERFECT PROPOSAL: It was truly a perfect proposal. Emily and Adam were at Emily’s family lake house in Hot Springs, Arkansas, celebrating Fourth of July weekend with Emily’s family and Adam’s parents who flew in from England. On a gorgeous evening, Adam got down on one knee and proposed to Emily on the front lawn of the lake house amidst their dear families and a perfectly setting sun.
THE SETTING: Chandler’s Gardens was the perfect garden atmosphere to host the wedding that Emily had always dreamed of. The venue highlights plentiful greenery and beautiful blooms with two gorgeous ponds. In addition, there are a variety of different ceremony and reception locations that fulfill every outdoor garden wedding expectation. It was all the couple could ask for!
HUES SHE USED: Emily chose a pastel color palette to create a classic spring wedding feel that integrated just enough color to complement the surrounding nature. It was important to Emily that her floral arrangements and décor not take away from the already existing blooms and greenery.
BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: The bride carried a loose garden-style bouquet with silver dollar eucalyptus. The blooms consisted: white hydrangea, white Playa Blanca roses, cream majolica spray roses, blush mini calla lilies, David Austin powder pink garden roses and white hypericum. The floral arrangement was wrapped in white Duchess Satin Ribbon.
VENDOR LOVE: Emily admits that all of her vendors were great and truly made her and Adam’s day special. The caterer provided delicious food and drinks with the utmost excellent service. The florist created an unbelievably beautiful look for both the ceremony and the reception. The hair and makeup services dolled up the bridesmaids, mothers and bride in a way that was effortlessly beautiful. And lastly, Emily is especially grateful for her wedding planner, Hannah Heres. Her vision and consistency helped make the day absolutely perfect.
