Sara Boyd Photography shot the most magnificent Palm Springs-inspired shoot with a mission to increase representation for LGBTQ+ couples in the wedding industry. We feel honored to showcase this styled shoot on Brides of North Texas to help Sara’s mission with Allied Editorials. Allied Editorials allows wedding vendors to diversify their portfolio to attract LGBTQIA+ clientele and create a safe space for LGBTQIA+ couples to celebrate their love. To do this, Sara brought Palm Springs to Texas with her cheerful shoot. The invitation suite designed by Bethany’s Letter Shop uses a bright color palette with colors that usually come to mind when you think of Palm Springs. Orange, moss green, teal and millennial pink are the perfect combination that screams fun and cheerful. The rentals used from Posh Couture Rentals are wow-worthy. The tablescape instantly makes us feel that we are about to sit down and have dinner under the palm trees in southern California. We could not be more obsessed with the use of citrus spread along the table that brings a splash of color on the deep teal table cloth. This shoot has us wanting to book a trip to Palm Springs ASAP.

Sara photographed two couples, and two solo trans brides in this Palm Springs-inspired styled shoot. The first handsome couple is Adrian and Hawke. We love how the bright orange suit shows off the Palm Spring-inspired vibe photographed with the bright florals. Next, the flower crown stole the show in Jay and Yvette’s session. The off-the-shoulder gown from anna bé paired with the flower crown is so Palm Springs chic! Bride Kattalyna looked absolutely gorgeous in her flowy dress with an iconic front slit skirted ball gown. The way the wind takes hold of her veil and her dramatic red lip are photos you have to keep scrolling to see! Finally, Dani showed off her natural beauty with a simple white A-line gown but spiced it up with a floral cape tied around the neck. The floral cape is so unique and beautiful and is a detail you have to see for yourself! Keep scrolling to see all the images from this whimsical Palm Springs-inspired styled shoot.
