Must-See Modern Minimalist Bridal Looks from Lyons Events

The anticipation of your wedding day goes beyond simply saying “I do” to your forever love. Part of the excitement includes the experiences you have as a bride! Getting all dressed up, basking in beauty, embracing femininity and celebrating all day long. These modern minimalist bridal looks inspired us so much we could not wait to share all the goodness – take a look at how Lyons Events styled three different looks to take a bride from day to night! From the sultry navy gown for a morning boudoir session to the sleek ceremony dress from Lovely Bride and finally, a mod jumpsuit for the reception, this bride looks stunning in every look. Top Tier Rentals helped transform The Modern into the perfect backdrop for this gorgeous bridal editorial with modern minimalist vibes in the ghost chairs, classic white linens, dark candlesticks and simplest of place settings. It’s important to remember that with a venue as visually and architecturally stunning as The Modern, sometimes less is more in terms of decor! It’s best to let the details speak for themselves. Ethereal looks from robe to reception take this bridal style to another level. Enjoy!

From the planner: “Our inspiration was two-fold. We wanted to tell the story of a bride’s journey through the excitement of her wedding day to the anticipation of her wedding night. A day-to-night editorial, if you will. We featured three distinct looks: a ceremony dress, a reception jumper, and the bridal robe for the boudoir. Minimalist movement and the Japanese inspiration is subtle. Plus, the architect of The Modern is none other than Japanese architect Tadao Ando, and no better venue to pay homage to his work.”
