Grace and David brought the modern tropic style right to them in their Fort Worth Zoo wedding that was planned from start to finish by the bride’s creative mother! They first made their love official in the sweetest chapel ceremony, before guests went on to celebrate them at their zoo wedding reception where a citrus summer garden dream lie awaiting. Despite David and Grace’s father burying a bottle of bourbon a month out, the Texas rain came down nearly the whole day but we think it totally added to the tropical jungle vibes, both bride and groom appreciated the extra bit of good luck, and it stopped in time for guests to make it into the reception dry. Fun, modern colors and natural textures play out in elements like hanging wicker baskets and lush tropic greenery and blooms from Camellia Farm Flora that add a whimsical, tropical vibe. For a little something sweet, these newlyweds went big with a simplistic six-tier cake design from Creme de la Creme Cake Company creme de la creme adorned with delicate yellow blooms to tie in with the rest of the day. The new Mr. and Mrs. fed the giraffes together and danced the night away with guests before a more romantic, private dance the two shared just before heading off to their honeymoon in the Bahamas! Read on for a note from the bride about her favorite wedding day memory. Cheers to the Wynnes!
From the bride: “(My favorite wedding day memory was) Having nearly all of our family and friends from all over the country in Fort Worth to celebrate us. Celebrating with our loved ones, some of whom we hadn’t seen in over a year due to Covid was something we will never forget.”
