Rachel and Jesse first connected through Bumble. Shortly after, they met in Uptown Dallas and instantly clicked. During their conversation, they discovered they were both looking for a home church, so for their first date, the pair went to church the following Sunday.
For their one-year anniversary, Jesse planned a special date. He arrived to pick up Rachel and blindfolded her. Unbeknownst to Rachel, they traveled to their home church, Antioch. When Jesse removed the blindfold, there were candles lined up toward a cross under which he proposed!
The couple’s wedding day was everything they had imagined and more. Rachel and Jesse’s day started out calmly amongst friends as they got ready separately. Choosing to live in the moment, the couple first saw each other as Rachel walked down the aisle. The ceremony seemed to fly by and the newlyweds were overwhelmed with joy. Their reception was a blast and their DJ kept the party going all night!
