A Traditional Navy Blue & Lavender Ballroom Wedding with Modern Details

In our opinion, you can never go wrong with a navy blue and lavender color palette, and Charlotte and Wylee’s traditional ballroom wedding planned by Engaged Events is no exception! The Adolphus Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary when it came to being this wedding’s venue – from catering, to hosting the bridesmaids’ luncheon, to serving as their accommodations, to having some of the most stellar service and hospitality – it also just so happens that their ballroom was the most gorgeous space for this ceremony and reception to be hosted. Something Pretty Floral brought in a fresh component by brightening up the space with their stunning lavender, blush and ivory florals in the bouquets and beautiful centerpieces. Charlotte’s sweetheart-cut, ballgown style gown from LeAnn’s Bridal with intricate floral lace details, paired with her flawless up-do and natural makeup look by The Styling Stewardess left her looking and feeling like the most lovely bride. There’s always nothing but good vibes from Royal Dukes Band, and this couple realized that from the moment they started playing the first song at their reception (scroll to read the story!). We can’t get enough of this sweet couple and their traditional ballroom wedding! Cheers to the Mr. and Mrs.!

From the groom: “The first moment that the Royal Dukes Band began to play was pretty surreal. They were out-of-this-world good and that became abundantly clear to everyone in attendance in their first song. You just knew the night was somehow about to get even better.”
