Traditional Navy Wedding Inspo at Aristide | Flower Mound
by Kaitlyn June 24
Featuring a show-stopping real couple getting married this summer and swoon-worthy details in shades of blue, this traditional navy styled shoot at Aristide | Flower Mound is sure to inspire you! Greenery galore and touches of gold bring elegance and sophistication, per the vision of North Texas wedding planner Alexa Kay Events, with Aristide’s beautiful exposed beam and brick chapel serving as a pretty and neutral backdrop. Lip Service Makeup gave the bride a timeless updo and pop of color on her lip to accentuate her lovely features and regal gown from BB Lewisville. While navy acts as the common thread, tying details together across the shoot, varying hues of blue give contrast to the ivory venue and work perfectly from the dinnerware and candles on the tablescape to the groom’s tuxedo. A gorgeous all-white three-dimensional cake from XO Cakery serves as a sweet treat to end the night. Read on to find out the inspiration behind this traditional navy shoot and check out all the gorgeous images below! Cheers!

From the planner: “The inspiration for this shoot came from a cape dress. Julia (the photographer) wanted something classic and elegant and when she approached Stacy with Walter Wedding Estates about the style, she thought it sounded perfect for their Aristide | Flower Mound location. We styled with touches of navy, powder blue, ivory, gold and greenery. The couple featured in the shoot is also a real couple getting married in June 2019 which made it natural to shoot!”
