Set in the grand halls of The Adolphus Hotel, this Victorian chic wedding inspiration is a breath of fresh air and so romantic it hurts. Lavish, high fashion details are all around in editorial weddingscapes characterized by French blue and seafoam tones that contrast with rich red and striking burgundy blooms. This was absolutely a moment for haute bridal couture with our model in a high-neck allover lace gown giving us major Victorian vibes and her timeless hair and makeup go along flawlessly. Fresh berries and halved pomegranates grace tables alongside modern monochrome faux pomegranates for a unique, romance-infused reception style. Fine china and King Louis chairs are among the dreamy décor provided by Posh Couture Rentals among others to style the stunning scenes in this Victorian chic wedding inspiration. Draped velvet linens give carte blanche for extra drama when creating a truly breathtaking backdrop for these bridal portraits captured in an avant-garde gallery by Marissa Merritt Photography so you can see it all down below. Cheers!

From the photographer, Marissa Merritt Photography: “Boasting some of the most iconic ballrooms in Dallas, The Adolphus is a luxury hotel that is a top choice for elevated weddings. It’s no surprise, then, that the masterminds behind this styled shoot chose their light-filled ballroom for the occasion. Photographer Marissa Merritt artfully captured all the colorful, wintry details on both film and digital. The shoot was designed and styled by the ladies of Develope Academy – Jennefer Wilson, Charla Storey and Maxine Owens. Maxine’s incredible floral and table design was unexpected, bold, and delicate. The stately invitation suite was designed by Southern Fried Paper. Francesca Massey modeled a stunning mock neck lace gown from a&be bridal shop in Dallas. Her beauty look was created by hair and makeup artist Brittany Jones who featured a soft eye and lip color. Rentals from Bella Acento and Posh Couture Rentals were brought in, and linen from BBJ Linen to create the luxe canvas on which Maxine’s tablescape brought a cold winter day to life.”
