Our coverage from our Preppy Love fashion shoot as seen in the Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Brides of North Texas magazine continues with Part IV – The Perfectly Preppy Reception – captured by DFW wedding photographer Sarah Kate, Photographer. The entire shoot was staged and styled beautifully with the help of so many North Texas wedding pros, including the super creative duo of wedding planners, Sarah Pittman and Trudy Baade of Lagniappe Weddings. White Oaks Ranch was an amazing setting for the entire shoot! The model looked stunning in gorgeous wedding gowns (from top to bottom above) like this Rosa Clara “Escocia” A’line satin and tulle gown, this adorable BB Couture short number available locally at Bridal Boutique, and this sophisticated Alvina Valenta lace gown available locally at De Ma Fille and Stardust Celebrations. One perfectly preppy pair, our groom was styled to the hilt thanks to Dallas-based men’s clothier, Culwell and Son in Dallas. Stunning hair was provided by the wedding stylists from Halo Brides Hair and Make-up based in Fort Worth. Our models looked even more beautiful with flawless make-up from Elan Makeup Studio out of Dallas. Dr. Delphinium created beautiful floral displays to top every table and we adore this floral treatment with lanterns that adorn the mantle of this outdoor party space. This perfectly preppy reception wouldn’t be complete without all of the custom-designed preppy paper elements provided by IMAJ Design and a cute and colorful cake design by Treat Me Sweet. Stay tuned as we complete our coverage in the weeks ahead with two more segments from this amazing 51-page spread, our single and largest editorial ever! Cheers!
