The day of Sutton and Jared’s icy blue New Year’s Eve wedding was one of the coldest days of the year in Dallas, which set the perfect tone for a festive wintery wedding! Sutton and her bridesmaids sipped champagne and enjoyed watching the snow flurries from their suite at The Crescent while the team from WZ Beauty Studio glammed them up! After the ceremony, the couple was ready to eat, dance and ring in the new year with friends and family at The Hall on Dragon which was filled with icy blue lighting and tables lined with tapered candles setting the wintery romantic scene. From the early stages of planning to the balloon drop at midnight, DFW wedding planner Lindsey Zamora Events was on hand to ensure every beautiful detail was perfect. Cheers to Sutton and Jared and thanks to Stephanie Brazzle Photography for capturing the festivities!

Jared and Sutton were living within a few feet of each other when they first met. Sutton and her roommate decided to bake treats for their neighbors at their apartment complex. When she saw Jared at the door, she immediately noticed how handsome and intelligent he was. They were both pretty shy around each other at first, but Jared eventually asked Sutton out on their first date to a movie.
Sutton thought she was heading to her mom’s birthday lunch but instead she became a newly engaged woman. Jared took a detour to a park before heading to the restaurant. He said his brother was looking at building a house in the area and wanted to take some pictures. After taking a few photos, Jared got down on one knee and asked Sutton to marry him. She said yes of course and they celebrated the engagement with family and friends at the restaurant.
