From the bride: “We wanted to make sure we honored and incorporated my Ethiopian heritage. During the reception the entire bridal party, myself, and Kellen changed into traditional attire. We had our DJ play Ethiopian music as we reentered the reception, and it was so amazing to see how all of our guests reacted to our attire change into traditional clothing. It was really beautiful to see both sets of families and friends embrace the culture. The love and joy was definitely palpable.”
