On the Menu: Delicious Dishes with Must Have Menu Designs

From a southern soiree to a casual brunch, we’ve paired DFW’s finest stationery designers with expert caterers to show off creative menus and fanciful fare. For southwestern style, Reata paired mini smoked duck tacos with habanera margaritas. Light up your southwest style menu with a hammered tin lantern by Paper Planet. Wendy Krispin Caterer‘s fusion blackened salmon rolled in crushed wasabi peas and pineapple sake old fashion pairing for a modern menu sounds delicious! Give your menu a crisp clean look with a moss and bamboo stand, like this from We + You, perfect for a modern soiree. For Cajun flavor, City Club Fort Worth served mini seafood po’ boy and pickled french green beans with a Cajun Bloody Mary. Display your menu on a linen bag from Imaj Design and delight guests with a favor or other darling details tucked inside. Wolfgang Puck Catering served up fresh cuisine with wood grilled oysters on the half shell with locatelli cheese, pork collar, fried care and fennel butter with lemon and rosemary gin fizz to sip. Make a splash with a fun wooden menu, like this from Southern Fried Paper, featuring fresh fish dishes. Our idea of savory brunch includes quail eggs benedict from Culinary Art Catering with watermelon and jalapeño Bellinis. For a little Italian flair, try American wagyu meatballs and Italian ice cocktail from Gil’s Elegant Catering. Serve up a lasercut wood menu shaped like a wine bottle as a nod to your European fare, designed by Simply Mox. Try out one of these catering combos shot by Tracy Enoch Photography for yourself! Cheers!
