Meet The Chef – Fernando Espino
Chef Fernando Espino was raised by a family who loved to cook and began cooking at an early age. He never thought of it as a career, but always heard the saying, “you should feel happy when going to work,” which is why he decided to pursue it full-time. He began working in catering and then went on to work hotel banquets and restaurants. In the end, his heart was with catering, and he was thrilled to join the Macklin’s Catering team.

Tasty Tips
“My signature dish is a beef fajita ravioli with queso oaxaca and a cilantro marinara. My culture is Mexican food, but I love Italian food, so I put both together to make something no one has done yet.”
